Scott Lund is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC), strategic advisor, and former corporate executive who has coached C-suite and senior leaders across various industries, including healthcare, technology, finance, professional services, private equity, and manufacturing, for more than 20 years. As an executive coach, he has guided leaders from notable organizations, including Blue Cross Blue Shield, Stanford Medicine, Cisco, Dell Technologies, General Motors, Takeda, Hackensack Meridian Health, Vanguard, Visa, and Western Digital, through leadership, team development work helping organizations improve business outcomes.
Prior to joining NuBrick Partners, Scott built his executive coaching practice after holding various strategic leadership roles at elite organizations including serving Fortune 100 clients as a Strategy & Transformation consultant with Boston Consulting Group (BCG) and Deloitte, leading a key business unit at Gartner, and occupying senior leadership positions in Strategy, Finance, and Operations. He is also co-founder of The Human Leader Society.
Scott guides leaders through significant organizational changes and challenges, develops powerful business strategies, and helps executives apply new mindsets and behaviors to their key business priorities. His areas of expertise include individual and team leadership development, physician leadership, and organizational culture and strategy, with a focus on mindset, well-being, and effectiveness.

Scott earned his MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a bachelor’s in economics from Brigham Young University.
