Richmond Fourmy brings more than 30 years of consulting experience in leadership development, specializing in CEO succession, executive assessment and coaching, executive team alignment, and crisis management. He has partnered with organizations across industries, including financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, retail, telecommunications, and technology, working with CEOs and executives across five continents, from Fortune 1000 companies to nonprofits and family-owned businesses.

A clinical psychologist by training, Richmond specializes in executive coaching with C-Suite and high-potential leaders preparing to step into enterprise leadership roles. His insight-oriented approach is empathically provocative yet straightforward, creating space for leaders to develop self-awareness, explore challenges openly, and gain new perspectives.

Richmond also collaborates with companies to build robust leadership pipelines by designing effective succession management processes aligned with business strategy. His expertise extends to crisis management, having consulted with organizations following major incidents including the 9/11 attacks, Hurricane Andrew, and the Northridge Earthquake, bringing specialized training in trauma debriefing and workplace violence prevention.

Prior to joining NuBrick Partners, Richmond worked with DDI, Aon Hewitt, Right Management Consultants, and served as a management consultant at U S WEST. Richmond transitioned to organizational psychology after an eight-year career in psychotherapy settings, seeking to impact people's lives on a larger scale and at a more rapid pace than traditional therapeutic settings provided.

Richmond earned a PsyD in Psychology from Illinois School of Professional Psychology in Chicago and a bachelor's degree, Cum Laude, from the University of Colorado, Boulder.
